Shipping and Handling
Orders that do not include appropriate shipping and handling will be returned. Minimum shipping and handling charge is $7.95.
Domestic
All U.S. orders are shipped UPS ground or best service as determined by our warehouse manager unless another option is specified. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. Transit time is an additional 2-6 business days for ground service. Delivery for all orders is dependent upon product availability.

- Orders under $100—Add 12% of total charges
- Orders over $100—Add 7% of total charges
Journals
No postage fee for periodicals delivered in the U.S.

International
Customs: There is a strong likelihood that your package(s) will be subject to custom fees and import duties of the country to which your package is shipped. You must pay those additional charges. NASW Press has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they will be. NASW Press does not control the length of time it takes to clear customs. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. In addition, when you order from NASW Press, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Delivery: Most orders are shipped within 72 hours depending on product availability. The approximate transit time for International Air is an additional 7-21 business days. The approximate transit time for International Surface is an additional 2-12 weeks.

Journals shipped overseas are sent by air for faster service.
- Canada and Other International—Add $26 to each journal subscription and $19 to each Social Work Advocates subscription.
